Job description
The duties of the post will include:
Technical
- Design, develop and deploy agentic AI systems to support data management, decision-making and communication optimisation within RevWise’s affiliate marketing operations.
- Stay up to date with emerging developments in agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), and autonomous systems, ensuring the project leverages state-of-the-art techniques.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest, process and analyse data from multiple sources (e.g. APIs, call transcripts, emails, and internal systems).
- Develop scalable and production-ready AI solutions, considering performance, reliability and integration with existing business systems.
- Implement and evaluate machine learning and AI models, including real-time analytics, predictive modelling and intelligent automation.
- Ensure all technical solutions are developed in line with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
People/change
- Work closely with RevWise stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable value.
- Support the implementation of a unified data strategy, ensuring consistent and high-quality data ingestion across the organisation.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer activities to ensure staff can effectively use and benefit from the developed AI systems.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to support organisational adoption of AI, addressing concerns and promoting a positive, collaborative approach to innovation.
- Act as a bridge between academic research and industry practice, ensuring effective knowledge exchange between the University and the company.
Project Delivery
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the KTP project, ensuring milestones, timelines and objectives are achieved.
- Work collaboratively with the academic and company supervisors to monitor progress, manage risks and adapt plans where required.
- Engage in continuous evaluation and testing of developed systems, including pilot deployments and user feedback.
- Contribute to research outputs and dissemination activities, including reports, presentations, and academic publications where appropriate.
- Maintain strong engagement within a fast-growing SME environment, ensuring continued buy-in and demonstrating impact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post as required to support the successful delivery of the KTP project.
These duties are a guide to the work that the post holder will initially be required to undertake. They may be changed from time to time to meet changing circumstances.
