Job description
Through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Programme, Park Hood (UK) Ltd in partnership with Queen’s University Belfast have an exciting employment opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Architecture/Construction/Civil Engineering graduate to work on a project to integrate and embed advanced BIM processes, AI, GIS, and generative design tools into landscape architectural design processes.
This role is company-based and will be delivered in collaboration with the School of Natural and Built Environment at Queen’s.
The successful candidate will become part of a team within Park Hood (UK) Ltd to automate and embed advanced BIM processes into the company workflow, with the support of QUB academics. This approach will improve efficiency and create market differentiation, positioning Park Hood as leaders in digital landscape design.
Project description
Employed and supported by a team of academic experts from the University, you will be based at Park Hood Ltd in Belfast. As a KTP Associate, you will lead on the delivery of the following key project stages:
- Stage 1: Analysis of the company’s existing workflow, identifying gaps and opportunities. Conduct competitor analysis to confirm market gaps and establish the project direction.
- Stage 2: Consolidation of existing BIM processes and training, implementing BIM consistently across company.
- Stage 3: Implementing Advanced BIM Design Processes.
- Stage 4: Revolutionising and automating the BIM Management Process.
- Stage 5: Developing Integrated Interface to Access All Tools.
- Stage 6: Final system evaluation, marketing and embedding capability.
