Job description

Through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Programme, Haldane Group Limited in partnership with Queen’s University Belfast have an exciting employment opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic Data Science/Computer Science/Business Analytics graduate to work on a project to develop and embed advanced digital, AI and automation technologies to enhance the Haldane Group’s customer proposition, streamline operations, and build a resilient, future-ready business model.

This role is company-based and will be delivered in collaboration with Queen’s Business School.

Project description

Employed and supported by a team of academic experts from the University, you will be based at Haldane Group Limited, Newry, Co.Down. As a KTP Associate, you will lead on the delivery of the following key project stages:

  • Stage 1: Business and Problem Understanding – Process flow mapping, recommendations, system requirements.
  • Stage 2: System procurement, implementation, testing, and customisation.
  • Stage 3: Full System Testing and Rollout.
  • Stage 4: Order Reporting and Analytics.
  • Stage 5: Stock Optimisation: Assessment of Current Process and Development of AI-Based Stock Dashboard.
  • Stage 6: Final Reporting and Academic Outputs.
