Job description

The aim of the project is to exploit the rich pool of historical data currently held by Lifelink by consolidating data from multiple sources into a centralised data warehouse, developing tools to interrogate this warehouse to enable automated reporting and integrated scheduling, and use advance analytics and data science techniques to provide operational efficiencies and enhanced service insight. The main phases of the project will involve: familiarisation with Lifelink’s business, platforms, data sources and current reporting requirements; creation of a data warehouse and integration of existing data sources to form the basis for subsequent project phases; streamlining of reporting requirements; investigation and deployment of optimisation strategies to enable resource scheduling (appointments, locations etc.); development of tools (ranging from database queries to training ML models) to allow users to explore and exploit Lifelink’s historical data; extending the ML models (and looking at LLMs) to handle unstructured data and support the identification of emerging trends. The KTP Associate will work closely with internal teams, technical partners, and academic experts to create tools that support data-driven decision-making, improve resource allocation, and personalise service delivery across Lifelink’s mental health and wellbeing programmes.

Project description
