Job description

The role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a graduate to work full time on a 30-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to develop novel digital capabilities to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the product development cycle.

Employed and supported by an academic team from the University, you will be based at Jacobson Group’s premises in Rawtenstall, Lancashire.

Qualifications we require:

Hold, or be about to obtain, an honours degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant subject such as Computer Animation and Visual Effects, or Computer Game Development.

Application requirements:

Interested in digital modelling, fashion and sustainability
Knowledge of 3D modelling, high to low poly workflow, retopology, UV mapping, material design, texturing, real-time rendering, augmented reality and virtual reality workflows.
Experience with Adobe Substance software suite, relevant engines (Unity), or Computer Game Development.
Problem solving and creativity.
