Digital Health Innovation Associate (KTP) Associate

We’re seeking an exceptional Digital Health Innovation Associate to lead the development and implementation of an interactive monitoring system (IMS) and digital training platform aimed at transforming frontline health and social care work.

The successful candidate will combine strong research capabilities with technical and sectoral insight to respond to real-world Healthcare challenges and policy contexts in the UK. This role requires a proactive and creative thinker with both technical insight and user-centred social science research expertise. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping innovative digital tools to improve care delivery, training, and oversight—especially through the integration of ethnographic data and interactive technologies.

This project aims to revolutionise carer training and monitoring by developing an online training platform embedded with an innovative, culturally responsive care model, alongside an interactive monitoring system (IMS) for lone healthcare workers. Our vision is to enhance patient outcomes, improve staff efficiency, and ensure that care delivery aligns with evolving national and local frameworks.
