About the business

Tallis Amos Group (TAG) is a long-standing John Deere dealership in the UK that serves the agricultural and groundcare sectors. It was formed in 2012 through the merger of three established family-run businesses: Alexander & Duncan, Chris Tallis Farm Machinery, and Parks and Grounds Machinery.

The company is a major retailer of John Deere machinery, offering a wide range of new and used equipment for farming, turf care, and residential use. In addition to John Deere, they also represent other manufacturers, including Kramer, Pottinger, and Stihl.

With multiple locations across England and Wales, TAG provides not only equipment sales but also parts, service, and technical support. They have a strong focus on training, operating a dedicated division called Tallis Training, which offers various courses to both staff and customers.
