Job description
The University of Bristol wishes to recruit a highly skilled & qualified graduate / post-graduate to lead and deliver a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Tods Technology. Tods is a world-leading designer and manufacturer of advanced composite structures for the marine defence industry that is situated on the Isle of Portland located on Dorset’s beautiful Jurassic Coast.
The KTP includes a £4,000 training budget with 10% of your time dedicated to your personal development. You will have access to a pension scheme with generous employer contributions.
The successful applicant will have:
- Eligibility to obtain M.O.D. Security Clearance (SC).
- British passport holder with 5 years of continuous UK residency.
- Higher degree in either Engineering or Chemistry (PhD preferred).
- Strong chemical formulation skills.
- Strong background in chemical or physical sciences or polymer engineering.
- Ability to work with molecular modelling packages is highly desirable.
