To optimise strategic and digital marketing, decision-making capabilities and unleash digital transformation within a Haighs Bakery – a family-owned North Leeds-based SME producing a wide range of sweet and savoury baked products, which they supply across the North of the UK.

To create and embed a market-oriented business model through strategic marketing and decision-making, digital transformation, and product innovation. As a result of the project, the business will have the capability to execute a digitally enabled, customer-focused strategy that diversifies revenue streams and drives sustainable growth and long-term stability of the business.
About the business

Haighs Bakery is a busy, family-run business established in 1950. The company is a recognised member of the Craft Bakers Association, holding Gold Member status, and has also achieved Safe and Local Supplier Approval (SALSA) accreditation.
Haighs supplies savoury and sweet bakery products, actively developing new products, researching and developing new recipes. They have a pride in their quality ingredients and consistency of product, and are established in their sector, with a reputation to support other industry professionals.
